Required Skills:
- A minimum of 2 years’ proven experience focused on lighting, shading or rendering
- Solid knowledge of Maya
- Working knowledge of Arnold or VRay 
- Understanding of the whole 3D pipeline from animation to compositing
- A good eye for color and detail as it relates to organic models
- Ability to adapt to a high pressure, fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Self-motivation and a great team-player.  

Plus:   
- Training in traditional arts (painting, drawing, photography, etc.)
- 3D Generalist experience 
- Knowledge of the following softwares: 3ds Max/Mari/ZBrush

- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in rigging and scripting in game development environment, commercials, VFX or equal. - Extensive, long term experience in Maya. 
- Production proven experience in design and create of face animation rigs, auto rigging systems and hi-end data flow tools in Python/MEL and/or C++. 
- Experience in mentoring and support other TD’s and Character Animators. 
- Good problem-solving abilities.

Layout/Previs Artist (art)

We are currently seeking experienced Senior Layout/Previs Artist  
ROLE: The person will be responsible for creation of proxy 3d assets, staging, blocking and camera work. The assignments of the candidate will be to create the previsualization sequences and shots for the movie according to the director's guidelines, whilst reporting to the lead layout artist.

Required skills:

- In-depth knowledge of Maya or/and Motion Builder.

- Good command of English.
- Knowledge of animation process including mocap based character animation.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work within an established pipeline and learn to use custom tools.

Wymagania:
- Umiejętność nieszablonowego myślenia

- Doświadczenie w przygotowywaniu prezentacji dla klienta
- Znajomość rynku eventów, BTL, digital/interactive
- Znajomość języka angielskiego
- Dodatkowym atutem będzie znajomość języka niemieckiego.

Our advanced computer animation department is looking for a candidate deeply passionate about animation and visual effects who would actively support our business development efforts in the field of producing animation for video games and take them in new and exciting directions. In-depth knowledge of the computer entertainment market, computer animation, and some knowledge of the day-to-day operations of these industries would be considered an asset.    

Work place: Warsaw, Poland  

Responsibilities:
-    investigating the international market for planned events and upcoming opportunities in the computer animation, VFX, and video game cinematics industry,
-    establishing new contacts, building and strengthening client relationships,
-    supporting the process of project acquisition at every stage, from contact through negotiation, and up to signing the contract,
-    supporting proper and timely servicing of acquired projects,
-    active involvement in the creation and implementation of new solutions in the business development pipeline.  

Requirements:
-    a minimum of 2 years experience in the computer animation production industry,
-    fluency in spoken and written English,
-    in-depth knowledge of computer animation and VFX production pipelines,
-    experience in working directly with clients,
-    ability to communicate effectively and build good working relationships,
-    independence, self-reliance, and commitment,
-    excellent time management skills and ability to work in creative environments,
-    ability to work under tight deadlines.
