Co-produced by Platige Image Paweł Borowski’s debut film Zero received the main prize - "Capital Focus Award" – of the Filmfest DC Festival in Washington. The festival finished on Sunday.

Zero is a kind of film mosaic whose plot takes 24 hours and is set in an undefined metropolis. On one of the top floors of an office building, in a large office of a boss of an international corporation a phone rings. The businessman stares at the mobile phone’s display for a few moments end eventually picks up. A scruffy fatman driving a rickety old van accompanied by his weird companion is on the phone. He asks about the decision that concerns following a certain person. After a moment of hesitation, the businessman confirms the commission. He does not see that with the word “yes” he puts a series of events into motion; they will influence the fate of a part of the inhabitants of the city.…
