Platige Image is one of the biggest brands in the creative industry in Europe. For the past 20 years, we’ve been working on a range of projects for the movie, entertainment, and advertising industries, as well as the cultural sector and the world of education, using cutting-edge technologies and media to deliver world-class results. The Platige Image staff comprises over 250 people: directors, art directors, compositors, graphic artists, producers, and software engineers, working together on projects for clients from all over the globe&mdashthe United States, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

We’re looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial candidate for the TALENT MANAGER position.

The work we do often combines creative work with new developments in business, science, and culture which, in turn, requires us to collaborate with an extensive network of artists and experts. This applies both to creative fields, including film, architecture, new media, and music, as well as technology and business.

We’re looking for someone to actively support our current staff and push it in new prospective directions. Platige collaborates with the most interesting artists both in Poland and abroad, and the person in this new position will also be tasked with overseeing and animating these relationships.

It’s an independent, business-minded role which requires extensive knowledge of the trends currently shaping the creative industries and the audacity to step outside their limits.

- experience in a role based around developing and maintaining professional relationship networks
- experience with legal aspects of creative collaboration (copyrights, freelancer management, licensing)
- experience in establishing and negotiating partnerships with domestic and foreign entities
- good grasp of the inner working of the creative industries, extending beyond the worlds of advertising, media, and film
- fluency in English  

- supporting the development and promotion of in-house talent (creatives, directors, graphic artists, technical leads, management staff            
- developing Platige’s external talent network and maintaining the current talent pool            
- supporting the creative and marketing staffs in their development of new models of collaboration            
- diagnosing and maintaining relationships with industry communities (including filmmakers, the demoscene, architects, designers)            
- developing Platige’s network of foreign contacts
